Dear Pravin - congratulations. Compared to us oldtimers, you are doing well.
Obviously, you ve your right to find fault in Mr House. So let's just agree to disagree. Of the recent mergers, I ve not seen many - if any - with a collar. Can Mr House insist one? And did he? Maybe or maybe not. Personally, he has not done anything that is not kosker in my book. For example, he has bought into the co more or less at your price when he first joined the co - and without selling out. A good indication of integrity above and beyond in my book. Recently, he has exercised 1MM shares but sold only 200K [to cover his taxes, I'd venture to guess.] So, all indications have suggested he is doing things above board. In this day and age, what more can I ask for? Sure, some of us oldtimers have bought BAY at a much higher price and might only barely turn a gain after years of holding. So, I am sure not everyone is happy. Having said that, I think it is worthwhile - for long term investors anyway - to watch for more details to come to surface. And for traders and arbitrageurs, they can certainly take the money and run.
