Agreed. But this does appear to be a friendly merger. And there have been no bidding wars to date among networking acquisitions. I think BAY shareholders got a fair price. I guess we disagree on this point.

believe logic dictates that not only will LU weigh Bay's value in and of itself, but also the competitive loss to NT.

The fact remains, LU's hands are tied until 10/1 to make a large stock deal. And besides, I think they really may want ASND, not BAY.
