Ron,

Looking back at my notes, I see that one of my main reasons for investing in this company was the apparent change in MTCH's CEO. If its not working, you must fix it. No better place to start than with the CEO. Thats what has helped me make alot of money in penny stocks(considering you believe in the companies plans and products). BTW, IMHO this stock will stay in its current range for awhile, and then slip down to the .03-.01 level. Then, like it did before, MTCH will make its yearly run into the .30-.40s. Speculation and large blocks on the buy side make this stock move(and I mean quickly). I think we will see this happen again sometime in the first half of next year.

I will definately make some fairly large purchases of this stock, when, and only when, the micro-cap market seems to recover and hit its highly speculative stage.

Some of you have begun to renewed my interest in this stock, and I will at this time began a little DD of my own on the companies current standing. I report back as soon as I find anything relevant and worthwhile.

Good Luck
Dave
