i agree this is good news.
I won't get my hopes up too far just yet because i remember when they got this far the last time. The FDA is a political organ despite thier protestations to the contrary. When AHP sees this getting too close to approval they will turn up the heat on the FDA to "find" or manufacture a reason to deny it, something like "it need longer trials to be sure its really safe". Every year that goes by makes them millions and the are loathe to give that up.
Only if there is enough light focused on the FDAs deliberations will the outcome be positive. i hope the company fully understands this and is working on more than just making a good product.
that said i am tickled with the news ,, we are that much closer to a nice price premium :-)
