WFR had its IPO in 1995 at $24 a share. Surely a bid for the company (Unlikely) would have to be above that number. All the officers have options at strike prices in the mid 20's, so they would presumably want a higher price so their options are in the money. Remember the group of officers that bought something like 300,000 shares in the open market last year at about $22-$24? I think they feel our pain.
