NT and Bay will both languish till NT's report is due.

Not necessarily. NT's bid is on the low side. If someone else bids higher, both NT and BAY will jump. Anyway, I sold my LUser and bought NT. I might get some BAY too, although I suspect that BAY is going to disappoint again this quarter.

On paper, the NT/BAY combination looks promising, and I am bit surprised by the harsh reception it has received on the street. LUCISCO anyone?
