How you can have your cake and eat it to Assuming what you and Bebble heard is correct, I suggest you do the following: List online all the Market Makers that currently deal in this stock. I and others will call the brokerage firms you list, to get the Market Makers to call Gordon to either confirm or deny the statement he made to you. Once the MM can get him on record, the information could be published, and could help this stock considerably. I have actually done this before with Bear Stearns, and know we can really make a difference in getting such a inane statement confirmed or denied. So, gambler? are you up to this challenge, or not? as they say in Vegas, put up, or shut up! If he ends up denying he said it, then clearly Gordon was being irresponsible, (not that you were being dishonest) If he actually confirms the statement in any way, you will be helping all 55% of TSIG shareholders lurking here!
