"He said that only during the last 2 weeks of the Q he knows how was the Q " This may well be the reality, but it is not how you want to run a business. Also, in my experience, it is wise to interpret company officials' comments with a skeptical bent, taking particular note of qualifying phrases. We can expect volatile sales results, but with this comment, I am not too optimistic about this quarter. And I don't know how favorably the market will react. Nonetheless, I agree that the cash in hand provides a downside buffer. Also, the price/sales ratio is quite tenable at these levels for a development company.
