Well, it does look like their balance sheet has been improving steadily as of late. This may be a market inefficiency, in that people aren't paying attention - especially since AIPN hasn't posted a profit, per se, but just a "decreased loss." I mean, count the people on the thread (ahem, maybe that should tell us something ha ha). Like I mentioned, I wonder what will happen if Central/South America starts heating up as an oil hotspot, and the other Columbian-operations companies start nailing some large finds. It may tag along on the coat-tails...and it wouldn't take much of a move to be significant at these levels.

David, if you wouldn't mind shedding a little light on AIPN (background, your take on the stock) I'd appreciate it. I've been trying to dig stuff up, and have found it somewhat difficult. Of course, this may be its best quality to buy it cheap! This definitely qualifies as small cap!

Do you have an estimate of it's "fair value" given the present resources?

Thanks..
Steve

PS: Yes, I do seem to be gravitating towards energy stocks as of late.
That black gold is just too tempting... ;-)
