Paul, I haven't heard of a cave-in or other disaster. The stock in my "view" has always traded on its dividend and other goodies. The dividends can't go on unless things are diferent from my impression that the gold is probably sold already so the prospect of getting more money somehow is dim I think. Maybe I am out of date but with a large loss per share and a recent decline in the gold price I think there are better stocks to pick still. The weak points are that I'm assuming the forward selling practice has continued and that dividends are a big feature--this could be wrong or irrelevant but these are my explanations.
