Just curious. Years ago when the price of oil went way up, the real estate market in Houston went up-side crazy. Now that the crude oil futures in New York hit a low of $12.05 a barrel this morning (their lowest level in 12 years), is Houston real estate now worthless or now worth less? o~~~ O
