Kerm/Oil Price:

I looked at the chart today and observed the following.

a: This period of declining oil price is the longest on record. 9 mths was an expected norm.
b: Asia is in recession which mmeans we have 6-9 mths before they turn
+ve.
c: There is a possibility that we may be forced to slow down in 99.

Given all these negatives, would appreciate your prognosis on Oil price and specifically when the price of Oil might bottom.
