As for the criminals, yes something needs to be done seriously, the jail sentence is fine and Ronaldo's point is well taken not only these , but all criminals should pay their own way, you become a criminal and say good bye to your "rights".

Once out of jail you are banned from stadiums (world wide) for at least a year. This could be achieved with some sort of "electronic tattoo" (I believe the technology is out there already), so if you attempt to get in the stadium, an alarm goes off. Better yet, an electronic charge is set off in the guy's balls or if she is a female, in the arse. Originally I was going to suggest the brain, but in truth, such would be an oximoron, [and an impossibility].

So in a few more minutes, the US will start the show....
