"Fifty of those patients were on chemotherapy for Kaposi's sarcoma 1 year ago. Today, not a single HIV-positive patient is receiving chemotherapy for Kaposi's."

Of course, Panretin is not chemotherapy and one can conceive, given its mild side effect profile, that people would take it even in the above scenario. Has it been established that KS is likely due to a herpes-like virus, or is this still being debated?
