Does anyone know how instalment receipts work? If so, please respond or e-mail me since I am curious how they work and wish to buy some in a particular company. Thanks,

PS: If the second instalment is $10 by a certain date and you are a holder of the receipt, do you HAVE TO buy the common stock???
