I'm new to TA myself, but I've learned that when the fast Moving Average line crosses over the slower one from below (see 2nd bar graph below the chart), it is a bullish sign. This is just what it looks like is happening with CADE at the moment.

But of course, as with life itself, there are no guarantees.
