I don't think they're lying.

But there were multiple deals. Maybe the one they expected to sign first did fall thru, we may never know. I don't think S&P would maintain their commitment if there was a serious setback. That's why I said if S&P so much as flinches (even a downgrade to four stars), everyone will bail. We have taken a big setback in 2-stroke though. Those markets are overwhelmed in financial and political issues, distracting them from the environment. But they'll stabilize and deal with it eventually. Now it appears 4-stroke may be the first auto applications to mass produce.

Take a look at the links on Pierre's website about the looming California emissions laws for boating. This is very good for OE.
