To ALL: (For Research) Dominica, West Indies is an independent country.

As part of its economic development program, it provides businesses the opportunity to have a "Corporate Domicile as an International Business Company" (or IBC as it is called).

There are certain advantages to companies to have a domicile in Dominica. Click here to see a list of some of the benefits...

GLOW says that InterNET Gaming Corp is a licensed "international business company" (IBC) in Dominica. You can contact the Government of Dominica and verify this.

The Government of Dominica's Economic Development Policies prohibit them from releasing individual personal names and details of principals. So the company is listed as a trust.

Dominica WANTS to develop more international trade and that is why they offer many benefits to companies (such as InterNET Gaming Corp) to domicile in Dominica.

By reviewing the web site listed above, you will see other significant benefits such as "20-Year Tax Free Status." Using Dominica as a domicile as an international business company (IBC) makes good business sense in many ways.

According to Gary Borglund, GLOW itself is NOT involved with the InterNET Gaming Corp Trust.

GLOW "formerly" owned IGC, but when they realized that there could be potential legal obstacles, GLOW divested their interest in IGC.

GLOW feels their interest in the licensed software is the only interest GLOW wants to have in IGC. GLOW says they simply do NOT want to run ANY risk of any legal difficulties.
