My gosh JW... seems that old old news keeps surfacing..... convertible preferred to cover the lawsuit was converted last year... the stock had to break 6.... speculation on my part: Bliechroeder who handled the convertible was able to ochestrate a rally.... the convertible was converted and the shares were sold for cash..... the cash was paid.... and Bleichroeder having done their task has begged off.... they deny this but no one seems to be buying..... H&Q has recommended the issue and other recs may be forthcoming... still the weakness..... I'm amazed... C ya
