Sean... Changed to 16 bit color. What a huge difference. Now my charts are very sharp. I went back and looked at the gif that Brooke sent me this morning and it also is sharp and bright. One difference, though. Now I'm at 800 x 600 and if I try to kick it to a better resolution, it drops back to 256 colors. Does that suggest my color card won't support finer resolution. That would figure since it's all of one year old, and probably knows how much I love to open up this box and pour money into it. Thanks for the idea. BTW, I also had to completely reset the image on my monitor. Nothing fit right. Ken
