Receipt Update: Here's the news: Good News: Animal Kingdom Because I forgot that we believe revenue is higher for the Disney locations, my previous estimates were far to low. (33% too low in fact). Also, because this location closes at 8pm and they have group parties every night, the receipt numbers are low. However, I believe this counterbalances the lower revenue for breakfast (though after looking at the menu these look like highly profitable items). Revenue est.: 11.8 million. After Tax Profit: 1.48 mil!!!!!!!! Bad News: May Woodfield and The Source were down in May, erasing the boost felt from Spring Break in April. In fact, both are down over 6% from Q1, though this doesn't include the hopefully much more successful June. Fluke News: Downtown Disney This location appears to be down from Q1 by 6%. However, the receipts I have only include mid-May to early June, so I believe that this location is actually flat quarter over quarter, thus not being cannibalized by AK!!!
