Roger, who needs news? With these buying opportunities who needs quotes or any information. It's all irrelevant anyway. Interesting stories I heard this weekend, 47% of NASDAQ stocks down for the year, REIT market is in major slump (Barrons), Beanie babies are crashing. It seems like a wave of buying at the end of the day trims the losses on the Dow. This was especially true this past Friday. This acts as a sedative for Mr & Mrs. Mutual Fund who think their funds performance mirrors the Dow's performance.
