I thought they just raised $4M a month ago? If they need to go back for more money so quickly again, it must be a question of the market worried about continual dilution. I get this wrong all the time: I look at market cap versus annual sales and spot oversold "opportunities". I forget to do my homework and watch out for balance sheet and cash problems which means the number of shares is going to need to increase substantially, which at the same market cap just lowers the stock price!
