Hi Ernie, We agree about writedowns not becoming a part of ongoing accounting and I don't think that is at all the case here with DCTC. We also agree on the frustration of the listing process and lack of info available on it. It seems that if it is talked about, your company can't get listed. The exchanges are sooooooo secretive about the info flow that it makes me ill. They are just like the spoiled kid that sez it's my ball, my rules and I'm going home if I can't have my way all the time. When the day comes that all this is over, I'm hoping to have some info to shed light on all the mystery.....on that, we shall see..... It is nice to see responses from other dd match up. It is one of the things I like most about DCI......anyone gets the same info if they choose to pursue it...... Looks like our seller showed up LARGE this pm......maybe someday these non-believers that can't read a financial statement will be gone...... Take care... Lou
