Well Roger, this morning I agreed with you that Dunlap leaving SOC was good news. The market disagreed. I think what we missed is that SOC is a fundamentally weak company. It traded for 12 per share before Al came aboard. When Al was announced it promptly jumped to 18. I wouldn't be too surprised by a complete retracement. Also, Al held quite a few shares "to align his interests with that of the shareholders". Also, now that he's out, why wouldn't he dump that chunk of stock?

I didn't take a position in SOC today. I may tomorrow.
