I just had a good conversation with Roger Templeton in the investor communications dept. at DGIV. He is waiting for a final word from DGIV's SEC lawyers. Mr. Templeton said that he may be able to provide an update on the 10S-B filing "within the next 24 hours." He also added me to the company's investor email newsletter (it comes out every 3-4 weeks). A new edition will be released in the next few days. Please call DGIV at 310-584-0750 and ask for Roger Templeton if you would like to be on the company's investor email list in the future. Finally, Roger said that there is a good chance that we will receive additional contract information in the next few weeks. He cannot disclose dates or details due to SEC guidelines. I now feel even better about DGIV. This firm seems to be VERY close to becoming an OFFICIAL nasdaq small cap stock. Soon we will attract new investors, more stability and much higher prices.
