A.W: The acquisition will result in NT's earnings being reduced by 0.20c/share or more. This translation results in 10% drop in NT's price. BAY will now ride on the coat tails of NT.

I was surprised BAY had no floor or penalty clause.Perhaps these have not been posted. Could any one confirm. The absence of any protection hints towards poor earnings ahead.

Incidentally the Dow is thru its 8700 support. Can any TA let us know the next one. The low will most likely depend on this level.
