It looks like we could enter "the buy zone" soon. There are numerous tech companies that are selling at very low prices.

You make a good point about the small cap under-performance. The question is, should we step out a little and take advantage of the cheap, small cap tech stocks, or should we stick with the large caps? Bob was generally correct when he said the large caps would perform better over the short term, but some of these small cap tech stocks are getting pretty inviting.
