Northforce, I was wondering what products PC DOCS' new Internet division was going to produce. Maybe this UPS Document Exchange product is an example of what they plan to do. Its interesting to see the Internet force UPS to offer an email system with some DM functionality. However, with UPS Document Exchange, it just drops the document off at your recipients door step. PC DOCS could offer a product that goes from DM system to DM system and co-market with FedEx. I know, I know, I'm dreaming. Kevin
