Hold on to BAY for a higher price! Why would you want to sell in today's depressed market? I disagree with speculation that BAY was heading to mid-teens sans a merger agreement. Bay Networks was a strong company on its' own merits and now with NT in the picture good synergies. I'd say NT will recover once the networkers get over the flu. I will vote in favor of the merger.
