Vivus needs to support the investors by letting them see the "entire" picture. With US script data flat, investors need to know exactly what the international cards hold.

Presently saying nothing does nothing to ease the fears of those holding Vivus shares and gives little encouragement for new investors to decide that now is the time to buy in.

The shorts will continue to have their way until Vivus management learns that perception counts and currently Vivus is in need of a little damage control.
