We have just received very positive and informative
news on THW from our contact within software technology in the states. We then verified this within THW, although our source will not go on record until formal announcements are made. I will break this down to show you what an enormous opportunity we have with THW, (especially at

MINIMIZE GRAPHICS EVEN CLOSE TO THW'S NEW GRAPHIC SOFTWARE. Adobe sells upwards of 50 million packages of this software a year, (actually closer to 100 million). Keep that in mind, now we have Apple issuing a major announcement for THW's product, unheard of before in
the business, major television and news coverage, countless testimonials, and the kicker, a product that blows away Adobe Systems software. Now think about THW's arket share for just this product, and you will understand why we, and so many other industry players are so excited with the immediate future of Totally Hip Software.
4) THW has many other products set for launching, including updated
real-time players and such software as Codename Avenger.
5) There is rumor of them moving an office to the
Silicon Valley, as the majors are asking them to provide more exposure. A financing around the $1.40 range is being hammered out as well. The company is very firm that they do not want to go below this, to have a lesser impact on share dilution for the shareholders.
6) We believe that there is a firm base in the .50 cent
range and as news of all these MAJOR developments gets around we
