International Albany Resources (ALX:VSE) has signed a letter of intent with Ourominas Minerals(OMI:VSE) to earn majority interest in the Serinha de Tucuma Property in Brazil. A formal agreement will be completed within 60 days of this signing. This property covers approximately 11,500 hectares and is located in the state of Para. (Nov. 22/96)
