Peppe, "Do they need a lan ethernet switching play ? Market is already saturated and margins are very low, making CS less attractive. " By the same token, then why would either LU or NT want Bay? Why would NT buying Bay force LU to do anything? If you're right, you do make a convincing argument for LU to want NN in particular. Seems like the Siemens connection would complicate things though. About LU/CSCO: I wasn't thinking takeover... more merger or alliance. Andrew
