Gee, what a surprise. Too bad AT&T is flat out lying about the actual number of managers retiring which is more like 27,000. I'm sure that won't have any effect on operations. 40% more than expected, try about 160%. What competent AT&T manager wouldn't jump at the chance to take the money and run.

I wonder how their plan to outsource a chunk of their provisioning of new and existing business accounts will work. Can't wait for that one (by the way, that last piece won't be a company press release).
