I doubt CSCO feels sorry for NT. They will be a significant competitor compared to BAY. CSCO was looking to partner rather than compete. I don't think they really wanted to slug it out with NT and LU, and I don't blame them. This may force CSCO to acquire TLAB or someone else rather than have a nice, cozy, co-existance. Kent
