NEWS RELEASE Riverdance Resources Corp - 333,333 unit private placement Riverdance Resources Corp RVDShares issued 79762641998-06-12 close $0.1Monday Jun 15 1998Mr. Kevin McCrory reports The company has arranged a private placement of 333,333 units at 15 cents. Each unit will consist of one share and a warrant to purchase an additional share for two years at 15 cents in the first year and at 17 cents in the second year. Of the shares to be issued as part of the units, 163,333 are to be flow through. The expected proceeds of $50,000 will be for mineral exploration on the Silver Ridge property and for general working capital purposes.
