This stuff is laughable. Who is the investment guru in NY, TMex? <g> First, IF this was going on the stock would not be trading like it has as the MM's are the first to know of these type of financing and would have never let the stock appreciate like it did. They would have shorted the box from much lower levels. Second, the stock would have plummeted TODAY on the low volume. Reg S financings and insider selling are a Short player/MM dream. Today DIXS did the exact opposite. MAINTAINED its price on a very ugly day. To me this is nothing more than misinformation coming from the people who need to cover their $%^.... Don't give them your shares people. We have a nice little company with a very tight float. I'm looking forward to some favorable PR and we rock back over $1.00. Thank you to the buyer today, whoever you are, who took out .75 with a whole 2500 share buy.....<g> Robert (Holding for the Gold)<<<<<remember that one
