Since when do BB penny stocks have any relationship to the stock market?

I asked Tmex where the financials were and was told to call the company as they were getting them together. Call the company for the float...yea....they aren't obligated at all here. They haven't published anything about their financial status their business.

TMEX is a nice guy , but do you trust a company that won't publish their float or other financial information?
