Thanks for pointing this out (I missed it). I really don't know what this may mean, but the fact that the President and Chairman are selling should be factored into the overall evaluation.

In my case (I recently bought MDYN under $12/sh.), it will likely have an impact on how long I hold and/or my exit point.

I'm not a big follower of insider activity, but on the other hand, don't feel inclined to ignore information, be it positive or negative.
