Keith, I have not heard back from Shaney yet. I wanted to know about the 15 million shares that have been issued so far in 1998. If they're escrowed, if they came into the float, what price did the company receive, were they in exchange for $1.5 million in AApreferred, what is the real float, etc. I don't know if they're saving the answers for when they take possession of property July 10, or until the web site westamericacorp.com is up & running. Will stay on their case and definitely post my findings here. JOE
