Bob: Contrary to some of the armchair lawyers we have on this thread, I specifically stated I did not know if repricing was legal under Canadian Law. I haven't passed the bar in Canada so I do not feel confident stating an opinion one way or another. If my posts have left you with any doubt as to whether I felt repricing on these facts was "right", then I have not been cranky enough. In short, I agree with you. JLA
