David Sosiak, you're right to gently whack on this fellow. He obviously has something to hide & seems quite reluctant to give anybody his real name and/or business.
As for the federal court case, if it has been filed, it's usually public information unless it was placed under seal for some reason. Contact the applicable district court clerk with the names of the principals of the action and you might have some luck.
Mr. threadneedler was puzzled that nobody called Mr. Pink on his assertion that the tandem Capital portfolio was a disaster. Mr. threadneedler would like to ask Mr. Pink to give us details of three examples of such disasters.
Seems Mr. Pink is rarely up to the challenge of providing specifics. I will give him credit, however. For a guy who has basically nothing to say, he sure can stir up the natives.
