I'm not sure that a higher PE could be justified for AMD over Intel because of growth potential. A premium will usually be given to the market leader, and especially so for Intel (btw, I do believe that Intel is currently priced too high so I am not pro-Intel).

Is AMD really worth a PE of 20-30? Can this be justified?
