From todays TheStreet.com: "OK, Johnny, give it to us straight. What stock was running up this morning with the Dow down 150?" "Mmmfophphseek." For those of that remember the TV ads from last fall, this made me chuckle a bit. The rest of TheStreet.com article pretty much covered what all of you have already heard/seen about the incredible spike-up in SEEK options activity. They mentioned that hundreds of contracts were being bought either at-the-money or at the 40 strike. Traders sent SEEK's out-of-the money calls into four-digit volume and exponential price jumps. One final note. Cm, I hate to disagree with you, but I don't wish the shorters the best of luck since their good luck/fortune may come at my expense. Let them have luck shorting stocks that I don't own <g>. Great day fellow SEEKers. And for all of the reasons that cm stated, I'm glad I'm holding SEEK overnight. You never know what might hit before the opening bell. -tk
