Angel,
I talked to Raabe at length last thursday. He was very matter of fact and a genuinely nice guy.
Heres stuff we covered;
* Raabe is selling 2.5MM shares. He said it was compensation. Everybody expects to get paid. He also mentioned, like I posted before, the 2.5MM shares can only be sold in 10% increments and only on upticks
* Raabe sold PLANET SPORTS. He informed me AGGRESSION SPORTS is in the "conceptual stage", he defered to the 30MM shares of common stock cited in the 8K for 'aquisition currency'. He did not mention if any aquisitions were finalized, and I didn't ask (he knows I post on this board). He did say when asked about a release defining Aggression Sports, that he would put out a release when he had "something to say", not sooner. He also seemed apologetic about some of the past releases which he did not pen.
* He mentioned that when he took over TVSI is was on the verge of bankruptcy with a legacy of bad debt and past abuses, S8, etc. from its original management.
He stated his plan was incremental. First getting TVSI from the verge of bankruptcy to a break-even proposition. The next goal is to make TVSI profitable.
* Raabe stated he believes the SEC is taking a closer look at possible manipulation in the TVSI Market.

All in all, I sensed a confident, driven individual . I believe TVSI is a long play and have confidence in TVSI's future.
