Terri - I just started following this company today. I accidentally came across it while trying to research a company called Pediatrix (PDX). If you look at some of the other threads about UFEM, you may want to ask them what's up. It looks to me, initially, that this is the victim of IPO fever. Sam Smith posted to another thread on 8-25-96 that may answer alot of your questions.
