Hello Miles - No I am talking about the KRT interest in the
FALC jv. Suppose KRT owns 1/3 interest right now and suppose
they owe to the jv $500,000.00 for their share of current
expense. How long do they have to pay their 1/3 share before
they suffer dilution if they can't pay. In other words how
soon do they have before their 1/3 third slips to a 1/4, etc..
This is the danger of a junior playing with majors, if they can't
come up with the cash they are not bought out they are knocked
out. I am worried that if they are delinquent for filing with
the VSE they might be delinquent with the jv.

over and out - aj
