No, I'm completely serious

15 years ago, Bob Gordon used to play American
stocks by trading the from both Japan and
from the U.S.A., and cleverly leveraged
the difference in they're tax laws in order
to make money for clients whenever the stocks
issued dividends. you had to have millions
to play the game, but it was a brilliant bit
of legal investment planning. Won't work anymore
