Message to ALL!!!! RE:Annual Meeting I spoke with Carl Davis earlier and this is what I found out: 1. All items voted on were passed unamiously including the reverse split. 2. They stated that they had a majority vote (51% of shares) but, if you would like you may still submit your proxy and it will be recorded (not that it would do any good). 3. The problems that they have encountered deal with what they believe to be software problems and the engineers are correcting the problem. They hope to have everything completed and ready for full buildout in the next 30-60 days. 4. In regards to the reverse split: the company has no intentions of effecting the reverse for at least 6-8 months,if at all.(they want to get their technology completed and out generating revenues along with the check cashing subsidiary before making a final decision) 5. there will be 4 kiosks shipped within 30 days and 100 total within 6 months. Hopes this info helps clear things up a bit!!! Good Luck to All!! CB
